As a salesperson in the Nordics, you play a crucial role in strengthening our brand and building long-term customer relationships across the region. You are the one who sees opportunities in the market, creates growth with existing retailers, and opens doors to new ones. Through your engagement and understanding of both products and customers, you ensure that our collections receive the right exposure and reach out in the best way.

A Lot Decoration Sweden AB was founded in 2004 in Falköping and is one of the leading interior design companies in the Nordics with thousands of customers across the region. We offer everything from decorative items to smaller furniture for florists, decorators, flower and gift shops, as well as interior design stores. Sales are primarily conducted through our own webshop, and only B2B.
The business has been part of Storskogen Group AB's trading business area for several years. Storskogen Group AB is a conglomerate with approximately 12,000 employees and a turnover of around 36 billion SEK. Storskogen Group AB is listed on the NASDAQ stock exchange.
Focus in your role
In this role, you drive business from idea to execution and are responsible for the entire sales process in the Nordics. You will, among other things:
- Be responsible for sales, growth, and customer relationships in the region
- Work with both existing retailers and new potential customers
- Conduct customer visits, assortment reviews, and tactical planning in-store
- Initiate contact with chains in the hotel and restaurant sector
- Follow up on sales results and act based on market data and trends
- Collaborate closely with assortment/purchasing, marketing, customer service, and supply chain
- Represent us at fairs, customer events, and marketing activities
- Contribute to business development, assortment input, and competitive analysis
If we may wish
You have experience in B2B sales, preferably from wholesale, retail, or interior-related products. You are an analytical and communicative person with a strong interest in products and interior design who confidently presents, understands data, and translates insights into business decisions. You are passionate about interior design and have a good sense for products, assortment, and retail sales.
Furthermore, we see that you have a willingness to travel regularly and speak fluent Swedish and English. It is a plus if you also know the Nordic languages and have experience in retail, chains, or e-commerce as well as knowledge of seasonal assortments and design trends.
